APPLE ADDS LAWSUIT AGAINST SAMSUNG INCLUDE SIX PRODUCTS

Over the past only PC and ordinary cell phones ruled the world.But this 21 century looks like a gadget world.Because every one own their cell phone that's boring slowly. Every youngsters who prefer smart phones  only.Averagely  75%  of peoples like smart phone and 25 % people likes ordinary phones.Any ways that's not the important matter now-a-days.But this year lawsuits INFRINGEMENT   is very famous regard smartphone manufacturing  companies especially we are very much familiar about "SAMSUNG VS APPLE"

ANY REASON BEHIND FOR LAWSUIT
       Infringement is the important one between "APPLE AND SAMSUNG"(BOTH FIGHT LIKE A TRAIN NEVER STOP) Already apple claimed the victory of infringement against Samsung.But this time Samsung adds a new lawsuit against apple products are "I PAD,I PAD MINI and I POD".But Samsung brought the motion to include the 3 products.Samsung said that all APPLES BUILT-IN-SPEAKERS,and EXTERNAL AUDIO OUTPUT PORTS are violates Similarly now Apple added six Samsung products SAMSUNG GALAXY S 3, SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2,THE SAMSUNG GALAXY  TAB 8.9 -WIFI,THE SAMSUNG GALAXY  TAB 2 10.1, THE SAMSUNG RUBY PRO,SAMSUNG GALAXY  S3 MINI.

 SIX  SAMSUNG LATEST PRODUCT  

1. SAMSUNG GALAXY S 3 powered by Android jelly bean updated OS caught on infringement.Apple said that our council examined the  product that ANDROID VERSIONS "DID NOT ARRIVE ON MANY DEVICES".

2.     THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2-Its officially  landed on October 24.

3.     THE SAMSUNG GALAXY  TAB 8.9 -WIFI(Its infringement is HONEY COMB updating  time.but later on switch to new version Ice Cream Sand-witch.

4.     THE SAMSUNG GALAXY  TAB 2 10.1-Its already come up with  Ice Cream Sandwich version . But this product also violates.

5.     THE SAMSUNG RUBY PRO-Its the latest rolled out smart phone.It also pointed out.

6.     THE  SAMSUNG GALAXY  S3 MINI.

APPLE'S LAWSUIT 
     Apple strictly said that all products are released after the launch of FIFTH GENERATION- I POD.Samsung said that all products are upgraded to newer-android OS.ITS AUDIO OUTPUT KEY is trigged  by home button also said. 

COURT SAID ABOUT THE LAWSUIT 
    Regarding court  said that we need clear clarification against the "INFRINGEMENT" against Samsung.Because  already Samsung switch to new android version.Apple not accused to say against JELLY BEAN AND ICE CREAM SAND WITCH ".run on Samsung products.so apple need a clear case against Samsung .So any way lets weight for the battle............................................................................................
